2026 China-Europe School on Neutron and X-ray Scattering

Prof. Gang LI's research interests is high energy synchronous radiation imaging and its applications.He established the China's first SRX phase contrast imaging research system , developed the SRX imaging detector with the world's leading resolution and MTF, developed the methodology of diffraction contrast tomography with the non-perpendicular rotation axis. He designed and constructed the world leading Hard X-ray Imaging beamline of HEPS, and developed the SRX imaging detector with the highest pixel number in the world. He is one of the pioneers of the SRX micron CT study of the microbody paleontology fossil in the world. He opened up the research on aeronautical materials and components using HE-SRX imaging.
