For Poster Presenters
To ensure the best display for your work, we recommend a poster size of90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height), which is optimized for the poster boards provided.
Poster boards will be set up in the venue by Monday evening. Presenters are requested to mount their posters on Tuesday, prior to the start of the poster session.
The poster session is scheduled forTuesday, 16 September, from 16:30 to 19:00. A4-minute plenary talkis offered to introduce your work presented in the poster. Please note that there will be no Q&A, as questions will be addressed during the dedicated networking session immediately following the talks.
