Registration Fees and Deadlines
The conference fee covers two coffee/tea breaks per day, lunches for five days （dinners are not included）, a reception, a banquet, and excursion.
Notes:
- Accompanying person fee: same as students
- Date of registration is the date of payment.
- Hotel reservation is not guaranteed if payment for the registration fee is not made.
- We are offering five registration fee waivers for students with financial difficulties. Please get in contact withhql2025-Beijing@pku.edu.cnif needed. Priority will be given to those with talks/posters.
Payment Instructions
- You may clickthis linkto pay online via credit card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. (see the step-by-stepinstruction).
Note:
1) The system will not automatically send an email to confirm the payment, however, you may check "Order status" in "Order Center" in the system. It will tell you whether your payment is succeeded or not.
2) Unfortunately the system doesn't work for Linux. We are still trying to find a fix, and it will take some time. - Or you may sacn the QR code to pay (in Chinese, and only Alipay/WeChat Pay can be used)
