Registration & Payment
Registration is considered complete only upon receipt of the full conference fee. A confirmation email will be sent by the organizers upon successful payment.
Please note that theIndico payment systemonly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and JCB cards issuedoutside of mainland China. Payments through Indico will be processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). An official payment receipt will be issued and emailed to you as soon as possible by the authorized agency designated by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
For participants affiliated with institutionsin mainland China, pleaseDO NOTuse theIndico payment systemto pay your registration fee. Instead, scan theQR codeprovided at the end of this page to complete the payment using WeChat Pay or Alipay. The amount will be converted to Chinese Yuan (CNY) at a fixed exchange rate of ~0.94. An official fapiao (Chinese tax invoice) will be issued after the payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To request a cancellation and refund, a written notification must be sent tolidine2025@ihep.ac.cn. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
Full refundfor cancellations received byJuly 31, 2025.
50% refundfor cancellations received betweenAugust 1 and August 31, 2025.
No refundswill be issued for cancellations receivedafter August 31, 2025.
Please note that transaction fees incurred during the payment process and any exchange rate differencescannot be refunded.
