The deadline for the submission of LCWS10 proceedings has been extended to July 18 (Sunday).
The proceedings for the workshop will be released on eCon(link:http://www.slac.stanford.edu/econf/) and listed on the ILC Document Server (link:http://ilcdoc.linearcollider.org).
Contributions should be posted directly on arXiv using the templates below. Deadline for submissions is before June 18, 2010. The proceedings for the workshop will then be released on eConf (link:http://www.slac.stanford.edu/econf/) and listed on the ILC Document Server (link:http://ilcdoc.linearcollider.org).
Instructions for authors
TheLaTeX(link) andMSWord(link) templates are available for download.
Page count should be about 1 page per 3 minutes of allotted time.
If you are using LaTeX, submit the provided class file (ilcws08.cls) to arXiv (link: http://arXiv.org) together with the tex source and figures.
If you are using MSWord, produce pdf output and submit the pdf file to arXiv.
For instructions for submission, look athttp://arXiv.org/help.
After successful submission to arXiv, send email toilcws10@epx.phys.tohoku.ac.jp
with the arXiv identifier assigned to your paper (eg. arXiv:1012.0026) in the subject.
