Costs
The fee for attending the School will be ¥1800.00 RMB per student, and will cover tuition and meals from dinner on 14August to dinner on 24 August 2018, as well as refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks,in addition to some social activities.
The fee for attendant will be ¥500.00 RMB per student per day if you plan to attend some of the lectures.
The fee does not include accommodation, nor travel expenses from participants' home institutes to Weihai and back. It can be paid at the registration desk upon arrival .

Conditions for participation
The program of the school will be at a level appropriate for PhD students and young reachers in electronics and detectors (if not too far from particle-physics experiment).
The School is open to junior post-docs (typically less than two years aftercompleting their PhD), and also to advanced MSc students provided theirprior knowledge is comparable with that of the principal target audienceso that they can benefit from the courses offered at the School.
The working language of the School will be English. Participants musttherefore have a good understanding of English to enable them to benefitfrom the School.
Application Guidelines
The application form should be completed and sent as soon as possible. The application includes a 100-word summary of the student's current work that will be taken into consideration in the selection process.
The submission of the completed application form must be accompanied by a letter of reference from the student's professor or supervisor (signed and dated). Applications without a reference letter will not be considered.
The selection of the students will be made by members of the Organizing Committee. All applicants will be informed in July whether or not they have been selected.
