Poster Session

  • Please printing the posters by yourself.
  • The posters should be in vertical position.
  • We will prepare display boards in which the posters will be put on. The size of the board is 1 meter width and 2 meters height. We suggest the size is no larger than 0.9 meter width and 1.2 meter height. We will providepackaging tape to fixed the posteras the display board is fabric.
  • Graphs and photos should be high resolution.
  • We will mark which board your poster will be presented and the assigned number on the corresponding board.
  • All posters must be up during the coffee break (10:40am~11:10am) on Tuesday, June 5th.
  • For the open poster session, the presenters must stand by their posters from 3:30pm – 4:30pm on Wednesday, June 6th.
  • All posters must be removed by 12:00am on Thursday, June 7th or they will be discarded.
