Registration Fee
300 USD per person foroverseas participants
2000 CNY per person formainland China participants
The registration fee will cover lunches, dinner, coffee breaks, and a banquet during the meeting.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To request a cancellation and refund, a written notification must be sent to epics2026@ihep.ac.cn. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
Full refundfor cancellations received byAugust 31, 2026.
50% refundfor cancellations received betweenSeptember 1 and October 15, 2026.
No refundswill be issued for cancellations receivedafter October 15, 2026.
Please note that transaction fees incurred during the payment process and any exchange rate differencescannot be refunded.
