The CEPC2025 is co-hosted by South China Normal University and IHEP. If you are wondering whether an entrance visa is needed, please follow theLink, to see if an visa-free policy applies. If not, please fill in the registration form there. An invitation letter will be prepared accordingly.
Note that the hotel reservation is done through the local organizers, with the information you provide. All payments will be collected ON-SITE.
The registration fee will also be paid on-site.
- 2000 CNY/person for staff and postdocs
- 1000 CNY/person for students
- No registration fee for online participants
