Conference Presentations
Oral Presentations
Attendees will upload their presentation onto the provided session laptop, which is a Windows machine supporting .ppt/.pptx and .pdf files only. All attendees should confirm their presentation displays properly, no later than 6:00 pm the day before.
Direct connection of personal laptops is not permitted. It is preferred you upload your talk directly to theContribution liston the conference website. Speakers can also bring their presentations on a USB memory stick in pdf or ppt format.
Each speaker will have 25 minutes followed by a 5 minute Q&A period.
Poster presentations
The Poster Session will take place during the meeting with the exact time and location to be updated near the conference date. Please see thePNCMI 2025 Programfor the assigned poster slots. The posters may remain through the conferenceon display where all coffee breaks and vendors will be.
Posters should be no larger than A0 size or 36 x 48 inches. Both landscape and portrait orientation are acceptable.
