The conference fee covers two coffee/tea breaks per day, lunches for five days, a reception, a banquet, and excursion.

For cancellations by individual participants, the conference fee will be fully refunded (minus bank transfer expenses) if the cancellation is requestedbefore August 15th, 2025.Fees will not be refunded after that date.
Registration will not be approved until the payment of the fee is received, which will be checked every few days.
Limited amount of financial support is available for early career researchers. If successful, the applicant will be waived for the conference fee. Those interested, please indicate in the registration providing the requested information.
