Several large-scale facilities for nuclear and particle researches including the High Intensity Heavy Ion Accelerator Facility (HIAF) in China are under construction. In order to stimulate interests and enrich the physics programs,iHIC24will concentrate on the advances and future perspectives in experimental and theoretical studies of the nuclearmatterEquation of State, QCD phase structureat high net baryon density,correlationsand exotics in nuclei.Meanwhile, the program will cover the current state of research and the anticipated development trends invarious centers and facilities in the world. The symposium will provide a convenient venue andtime for discussions on burning experimental and theoretical problems and of the future directionsas well as to form collaborations and to advance inter-related research fields.
