Visa Application

A visa might be required for attendees from some countries to enter the People's Republic of China. See below for further details.

  • Ordinary passport-holders from Singapore, Brunei, as well asFrance, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia*may enter China visa-free for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends and transit for no more than 15 days. The 15 days should be counted from the day following the arrival date.

*Visa exemption policy for France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysiais valid from Dec. 1, 2023 to Nov. 30, 2024.

  • Ordinary passport-holderswhoare not from those countriesneed a visa to enter China. Attendees may apply for a visa at the Chinese Visa Application Center or consulate general in the region in which they live. To avoid uncertainty, participants will be advised to apply for a visa as early as possible.Please also be noted that the validity of your passport should be over 6 months.
