3. Prepare the draft of the "Expert Group Opinion" in the "Expert Group Opinion Form of the Performance Evaluation of the National Key Research and Development Plan" in advance, and submit it to the leader of the expert group for review before the meeting.

4, before the meeting carefully review the "National key research and development plan project performance self-evaluation report", if time is too late should be stamped by the unit. The "National Key research and development plan project performance self-evaluation report" should correspond to the project task book, complete content, detailed data, and condensed scientific research achievements and innovation points.

5. Prepare the project assignment, special scientific and technological report, annual report, interim report and final scientific and technological report before the meeting; Copy of the list of project results and paper (must be the first mark)
