Experimental Investigation for the Decay Rate of Orthopositronium

Abstract：
A method for the measurement of the vacuum decay rate λ ₀of orthopositronium is suggested and the preliminary result is obtained λ ₀=7.034±0.013μs ^－1.The possibility for the improvement of the experiment has been discussed.
