Abstract：
In this paper,Vector Coherent State (VCS) representations of SU ₃in U ₁U ₁basis are discussed.Orthonormal basis vectors for SU ₃U ₁U ₁are derived and the multiplicity of a weight for SU ₃U ₁U ₁is determined by using K-matrix technique.
