Abstract：
A new rotational band has been identified in the reaction of ²⁸Si+ ⁹²Mo by means of in beam γ-ray methods.It is considered as the possible h _11/2proton band of ¹¹⁷Cs,through a careful analysis of its intensity and level characters.
