α-Particle Cluster Structure and π-²⁴Mg,π-32S Elastic Scattering

Abstract：
The cross sections of elastic scattering of pion on ²⁴Mg and ³²S are calculated on the basis of the independent α-particle cluster model in the frame of the Glauber multiple scattering theory. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
