Abstract：
We have studied the fragment mass distribution of the spallation reaction induced by 322MeV, 660MeV and 800MeV protons bombarding ²⁰⁸Pb by using quantum molecular dynamics model (QMD) plus empirical fission model. The details of the empirical fission model is described. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental measurements.
