Abstract：
The effects of the coupling term between field（ Y ₀ σ ₁） _1vand r ²（ Y ₂ σ ₁） _1vcoming fromtensor operator are discussed for the spin gaint dipole resonance.The effects of inclu-ding the field r ^λ+1( Y _λ+1 σ ₁) _λvon the spin gaint multipole resonance and core polariza-tion are considered.
