THE “UNIRARY ENERGY BAND” STRUCTURE IN THE BARYON-ANTIBARYON SYSTEN

Abstract:In the present paper a picture of the baryon-antibaryon system is proposed. If proton, neutron and A hyperon with spin 1/2 form theSU(6) basic particles, then the baryon-antibaryon system must be classified by theSU(6) group (It can be classified into pseudoscalar BBsystem and vector BBsystem). The spectrum of the BBsystem has two characteristics: The "Unitary energy band" and the "strangeness analogy state". In this paper the experimental spectrum of the Ppsystemwith spin 1/2 and the calculation show that there exist theSU(6) "Unitary energy band" in the Ppsystem and exist the "strangeness analogy state" between the Ppsystem and other BBsystems such as npsystem or BB systems which have strangenessS=±1.
