Abstract：
The Holstein-Primakoff realization and the Nodvik realization for a two-parameter deformed quantum algebra SU _qs(2) are constructed, and the deformed maps of a quantum algebra SU _qs(2) and a two-parameter deformed harmonic oscillator are given.
