High Spin States in⁵²Mn and⁵⁴Mn

Abstract：
The present experiment was carried out at HI-13 tandem accelerator of the China Institute of Atomic Energy in Beijing. High spin states in ⁵²Mn and ⁵⁴Mn, were populated via ¹²C+ ⁴⁸Ti fusion evaporation reactions at beam energy of 60MeV. Gamma-gamma coincidence experiment was performed with an array consisting of fourteen Compton suppressed HPGe-BGO spectrometers. Level scheme of ⁵²Mn and ⁵⁴Mn has been established in this experiment, In order to understand the insight structure of the high spin states of ⁵²Mn observed in present work, we have performed OXBASH shell model calculations, the results agree with the experimental results.
