Branching fractions of B(c)decays involving J/ψ andX(3872)

  • We study two-body B (c)→M c(π,K) and semileptonic B c→M cl - ν ldecays with M c=(J/ψ,X c 0), where X c 0≡X 0(3872) is regarded as the tetraquark state c cu u(d d). With the decay constant f Xc0=(234±52) MeV determined from the data, we predict that B(B -→X c 0π -)=(11.5±5.7)×10 -6, B( B 0→X c 0 K 0)=(2.1±1.0)×10 -4, and B( B s 0→X c 0 K 0)=(11.4±5.6)×10 -6. With the form factors in QCD models, we calculate that B(B c -→X c 0π -,X c 0K -)=(6.0±2.6)×10 -5and (4.7±2.0)×10 -6, and B(B c -→J/ψμ - ν μ, X c 0μ - ν μ)=(2.3±0.6)×10 -2and (1.35±0.18)×10 -3, respectively, and extract the ratio of the fragmentation fractions to be f c/ f u=(6.4±1.9)×10 -3.

Abstract:We study two-body B(c)→Mc(π,K) and semileptonic Bc→Mcl-νldecays with Mc=(J/ψ,Xc0), where Xc0≡X0(3872) is regarded as the tetraquark state ccuu(dd). With the decay constantfXc0=(234±52) MeV determined from the data, we predict thatB(B-→Xc0π-)=(11.5±5.7)×10-6,B(B0→Xc0K0)=(2.1±1.0)×10-4, andB(Bs0→Xc0K0)=(11.4±5.6)×10-6. With the form factors in QCD models, we calculate thatB(Bc-→Xc0π-,Xc0K-)=(6.0±2.6)×10-5and (4.7±2.0)×10-6, andB(Bc-→J/ψμ-νμ, Xc0μ-νμ)=(2.3±0.6)×10-2and (1.35±0.18)×10-3, respectively, and extract the ratio of the fragmentation fractions to befc/fu=(6.4±1.9)×10-3.
