Abstract: The experimental indications in favor of short-baseline neutrino oscillations and their interpretation in the framework of 3+1 neutrino mixing with a sterile neutrino at the eV scale will be discussed. The latest updates of the global analysis from reactor and accelerator neutrino experiments will be reviewed.
