核探测器及其应用的研究成果

正在设计一套平面像素型CZT像素探测器用于搭建小动物CZT-PET成像系统。该探测器包括：晶体模块、转接电路、A250前置放大器以及滤波成形电路。计划对该探测器的能量分辨率、时间分辨率、位置分辨率等主要性能进行测试，并与BaF2闪烁体探测器进行符合测试。

实现高性能全身和全景PET扫描仪需要使用具有深度测量能力和高时间分辨率的探测器。本文研发了一个由8×8的LYSO晶体阵列组成的探测器，探测器由32个单元组成，每个单元由两个晶体条组成，晶体间采用优化的组合材料进行耦合。晶体间的耦合材料包含5 mm光学胶、9 mm三角形ESR反射层和6 mm矩形ESR反射层。LYSO晶体阵列由一个8×8的SiPM阵列通过行列相加电路进行单端读出对探测器的性能进行评估。从晶体分辨图可以清晰分辨出所有的晶体，探测器实现了4.42 mm的DOI分辨率、433 ps的符合时间分辨率和13.1%的能量分辨率。实验结果表明，本文提出的新型PET探测器可以用于实现高性能全身和全景PET扫描仪。

本文采用电阻率高和电子迁移率好的半绝缘GaAs制备了核辐射探测器，并对其电学特性以及探测性能进行了研究。结果表明该探测器具有较好的电学特性以及时间分辨率。

白光中子源带电粒子探测器系统是基于中国散裂中子源“Back-n”白光中子束线的一套以中子诱发带电粒子出射实验为主的探测器系统。包括真空、气体、机械、探测器等组成部分。整个探测器系统已经于2018年上半年正式投入使用，并顺利完成了第一批物理实验取得了相关成果。本为主要介绍整个系统的设计、组成以及第一批物理实验的初步结果。
