For foreign colleagues who need to attend the meeting in person a nd require visa assistance\, please contact Shuye Liao at liaosy@ihep.ac.c n.Only members of the LHAASO Collaboration and their current students or p ostdoctors are eligible to attend. Please register on the conference webs ite. Resonable registration fee will be required. Deadline for the regist ration and abstract submission is Oct 9th\, 2026. After the deadline\, n o further submissions of reports will be accepted\; applicants may request to present their work as a poster instead. And after the deadline\, your rooms booked by the LOC may be charged for cancellation.This conference w ill feature invited talks\, oral presentations\, and poster presentations in English. Authors of oral presentations and posters are required to subm it their abstracts for review. There will be a dedicated session for poste r presenters to introduce their work during the plenary session as flash t alks around few minutes for each."Best Poster Award" is set up\, and the p osters submitted for the award must meet the printing requirements: 60cm(W idth )* 120cm(length)\; and psoters will be printed by LOC if the digital versions are offered to LOC on the onsite registraion date Oct 21st.
