Description
We propose LAYCAST, a cavern surface tracker for LLP searches at future colliders, such as CEPC/FCC-ee, covering four signal scenarios: light scalars, heavy neutral leptons, RPV neutralinos and axion-like particles. We evaluate sensitivity corrections under realistic geometric conditions and focus on estimating K_L backgrounds. Geometric effects are small, and backgrounds can be effectively suppressed with main-detector vetoes, confirming the realistic feasibility of the LAYCAST concept.
