Description
During Long Shutdown 3 (LS3) of the LHC, the innermost modules of the LHCb electromagnetic calorimeter (ECAL) will be replaced with SpaCal modules to improve performance in Run 4. Pre-series production of SpaCal-Pb modules has started in 2026. The China group has contributed to module assembly and the development of supporting facilities. This presentation will provide an update on the status of pre-series production.
