The Higgs mechanism is not only a cornerstone of the Stan dard Model\, but is also closely connected to several fundamental question s in cosmology\, including phase transitions in the early Universe\, the o rigin of the baryon asymmetry\, dark matter\, and gravitational-wave signa tures.\n\nHiggs Potential 2026 will focus on the latest developments in H iggs physics and related frontier topics\, bringing together experimental\ , phenomenological\, and theoretical perspectives. Topics of particular in terest include\, but are not limited to:\n\n\n Precision measurements of H iggs boson properties\;\n Higgs boson pair production and the Higgs self-c oupling\;\n Electroweak symmetry breaking and extended Higgs sectors\;\n N ew physics beyond the Standard Model related to the Higgs sector\;\n Conne ctions between Higgs physics and early-Universe phase transitions\, baryog enesis\, and gravitational waves\;\n Higgs-portal dark matter and related experimental and theoretical studies\;\n Prospects for Higgs physics at fu ture colliders.\n\n\nThe workshop aims to bring together theorists and exp erimentalists from China and abroad to facilitate in-depth discussions on Higgs physics\, the mechanism of symmetry breaking\, and their connections to cosmology\, while fostering exchange and collaboration across differen t research areas.\n\n1.
