The event is jointly hosted by Fudan University (FDU)\, the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics (SIC/CAS)\, and the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP/CAS). This annual workshop brings t ogether scientists from around the world to explore the physics potential of future high-energy circular electron-positron colliders . It fosters in ternational collaboration to optimize accelerator and detector designs\, a nd advances R&D on critical technologies.The workshop will feature plenar y\, parallel\, and poster sessions. All plenary presentations will be invi ted talks\, while poster presentations will be selected from submitted abs tracts. The oral presentations in the parallel sessions will be drawn from both invited speakers and submitted abstracts. We especially encourage pa rticipation from graduate students and postdocs. Outstanding posters will be recognized with awards\, chosen by a selection committee composed of S cientific Program Committee (SPC) members\, session conveners\, and local organizers.The program will also showcase exhibitions by leading industria l partners\, offering attendees a firsthand look at cutting-edge innovatio ns and advanced prototypes\, along with focused discussions on technolog y research and development\, and strategies for industrialization readines s.Deadline for abstract submission is September 6\, 2026.
