The present mini-workshop is conceived a s an meeting point for in-person discussions and further cooperation. This is also a great opportunity to present new results\, especially by gradua te students\, on topics not necessarily related to vortex states. \n\nThe main scientific program includes several plenary sessions on December 18t h and 19th\, 2024\, with talks in the morning and ample time in the aftern oon for contacts\, discussions\, and collaboration. Interested participant s are also welcome to stay for a longer period\, from December 14th to 21s t\, to benefit the extended mini-workshop format to further promote indivi dual collaborations. \n\nWorkshop Venue: Haiqin Bldg.
