\begin{document}$\Lambda_c^+$\end{document} decays, branching fractions"> \begin{document}$ \Lambda_{c}^{+} $\end{document} to the final states \begin{document}$ \Sigma^{+}\eta $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ \Sigma^+\eta^\prime $\end{document}, using an \begin{document}$ e^+e^- $\end{document} annihilation data sample of 567 pb-1 taken at a center-of-mass energy of 4.6 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. We find evidence for the decays \begin{document}$ \Lambda_{c}^{+}\rightarrow\Sigma^{+}\eta $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ \Sigma^+\eta^\prime $\end{document} with statistical significance of \begin{document}$ 2.5\sigma $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ 3.2\sigma $\end{document}, respectively. Normalizing to the reference decays \begin{document}$ \Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\pi^0 $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ \Sigma^+\omega $\end{document}, we obtain the ratios of the branching fractions \begin{document}$ \displaystyle\frac{{\mathcal B}(\Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\eta)}{{\mathcal B}(\Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\pi^0)} $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ \displaystyle\frac{{\mathcal B}(\Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\eta^\prime)}{{\mathcal B}(\Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\omega)} $\end{document} to be \begin{document}$ 0.35 \pm 0.16 \pm 0.02 $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ 0.86 \pm 0.34 \pm 0.04 $\end{document}, respectively. The upper limits at the 90% confidence level are set to be \begin{document}$ \displaystyle\frac{{\mathcal B}(\Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\eta)}{{\mathcal B}(\Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\pi^0)}<0.58 $\end{document} and \begin{document}$ \displaystyle\frac{{\mathcal B}(\Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\eta^\prime)}{{\mathcal B}(\Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\omega)}<1.2 $\end{document}. Using BESIII measurements of the branching fractions of the reference decays, we determine \begin{document}$ \mathcal{B}({\Lambda_{c}^{+}\rightarrow\Sigma^{+}\eta}) = (0.41\pm0.19\pm0.05) $\end{document}% (<0.68%) and \begin{document}$ \mathcal{B}({\Lambda_{c}^{+}\rightarrow\Sigma^{+}\eta'}) = (1.34\pm0.53\pm0.19) $\end{document}% (<1.9%). Here, the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The obtained branching fraction of \begin{document}$ \Lambda_c^+\to\Sigma^+\eta $\end{document} is consistent with the previous measurement, and the branching fraction of \begin{document}$ \Lambda_{c}^{+}\rightarrow\Sigma^{+}\eta^{\prime} $\end{document} is measured for the first time."> Evidence for the decays of <inline-formula><tex-math id="M1">\begin{document}${{\Lambda^+_{c}\to\Sigma^+\eta}}$\end{document}</tex-math><alternatives><graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:href="//www.macurncorp.com/hepnp/article/app/id/ea038035-7419-4be6-b336-e9b7ef376dd7/CPC-2018-0411_M1.jpg"/><graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:href="//www.macurncorp.com/hepnp/article/app/id/ea038035-7419-4be6-b336-e9b7ef376dd7/CPC-2018-0411_M1.png"/></alternatives></inline-formula> and <inline-formula><tex-math id="M2">\begin{document}$ {{\Sigma^+\eta^\prime}}$\end{document}</tex-math><alternatives><graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:href="//www.macurncorp.com/hepnp/article/app/id/ea038035-7419-4be6-b336-e9b7ef376dd7/CPC-2018-0411_M2.jpg"/><graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:href="//www.macurncorp.com/hepnp/article/app/id/ea038035-7419-4be6-b336-e9b7ef376dd7/CPC-2018-0411_M2.png"/></alternatives></inline-formula> -
