\begin{document}$ c \bar c q q q $\end{document} from bottom baryon and B-meson decays under the flavor \begin{document}$S U(3) $\end{document} symmetry. Decay amplitudes for various processes are parameterized in terms of \begin{document}$S U(3) $\end{document} irreducible nonperturbative amplitudes. Numerous relations between decay widths are deduced. Moreover, the strong decays of pentaquarks are considered. Our results can be tested in future measurements at LHCb, Belle II, and CEPC.
