\begin{document}$ e^+e^-\to b\bar{b} $\end{document} and the total hadronic cross section in \begin{document}$ e^+e^- $\end{document} annihilation in the bottomonium energy region are calculated based on the \begin{document}$ R_b $\end{document} values measured by the BaBar and Belle experiments.
