Bulletin One Introduction
On behalf of ACFA and ILC GDE, the Local Organizing Committee of Beijing International Linear Collider Workshop (BILCW07) invites you to participate in the "9th ACFA ILC Physics and Detector Workshop & ILC GDE Meeting".
The BILCW07 will be held in Beijing and will be hosted and organized by IHEP. The workshop will cover the ILC related physics, detectors, and accelerator issues, it will open and close with joint plenary sessions and with parallel working sessions held in between. The main program will begin on February 4 and finish on February 7.
We believe the BILCW07 will provide world particle and accelerator physicists with a forum to exchange the most recent developments on ILC and to plan its Technical Design Report (TDR) process.

Registration is required to be done through the BILCW07 web site (bilcw07.ihep.ac.cn). Once registration is made, a registration number (your ID number) will be given, which will be referred to in later communications. Please note that we have two separate registration forms for ACFA and GDE, you are kindly reminded to make right choice.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. If cancellation is received by Jan. 15, 2007, your payment minus RMB 500 for administrative costs will be refunded.No refund after Jan. 15, 2007. The conference participation is transferable to another person. Please contact the conference secretariat for new delegate information.
